The Dare to Lead: Leadership Intensive Experience delivers the empirically-based Dare to Lead™ program with a lens of belonging. We must embrace courage as a part of our work in order to be more impactful and effective in getting the outcomes we want for our schools and organizations. Before we can tackle systems, we must first look inward, to our internal conditioning because we are the organization.

THE IN-PERSON INTENSIVE EXPERIENCE
These three days will change your life and your leadership. You will walk away with a greater understanding of yourself, and the tools you need to live out your personal call to courage. This experience provides a safe environment for learning and allows you to build meaningful relationships with others that last well beyond the training.
The Dare to Lead™ program is designed for individuals and teams who are ready to embrace brave leadership, shed their armor, and show up with whole hearts in their work and life. The research says, "To scale daring leadership and build courage in teams and organizations, we must cultivate a culture in which brave work, tough conversations, and whole hearts are the expectation, and armor is not necessary or rewarded.
In addition to receiving a certificate of completion, individuals who complete the 24-hour program may put the Dare to Lead™ Trained badge on their LinkedIn account. Participants will also qualify to become Dare to Lead Teams coordinators.
